摘　　要：通过对国内外增安型防爆技术和2区用设备防爆技术研究,提出了适用于2区爆炸性气体环境的EPL Gc级高压增安型电机防爆试验要求。结合对影响高压电机局部放电因素如绝缘、间距、材料等因素的试验研究,解决了EPL Gc级高压增安型电机绝缘系统设计制造难点。Explosion-proof technology test requirements for EPL Gc high voltage increased safety motors suitable for zone 2 explosive gas atmospheres were put forward, by investigating the present increased safety explosion protection technology and zone 2 equipment explosion protection technology at home and abroad. Combining the experimental study of elements affecting high voltage motor partial discharge, such as insulation, space, materials etc, the design and manufacture problems for insulation system of EPL Gc high voltage increased safety motors were solved.
