摘 要:医学教育转型的实质是医学课程整合,医学人文教育的嵌入是临床课程整合的核心环节,随着现代医学的发展,医学人文已逐渐列入医学院校的课程整合体系,并且收到了初步的成果,但仍存在人文教育的目标不够明确、内容零散、教学效果不明显等缺陷,尤其是人文课程未能真正地融入临床实践教学,因此,如何在临床实践教学中实现人文的终极转化是一项最迫切的任务。阐述了人文教育的内容和目标,提出临床实践阶段是医学人文教育的终极平台。Medical humanistic education is the core of clinical curriculum integration, with the rapid development of modern medicine, medical humanities have been included in the curriculum integration system of medical colleges and universities, and have achieved initial success. However, there are still shortcomings of unclear humane education goals, too fragmented contents and poor quality of teaching, in which the most prominent problem is that the humanities curriculum could not really integrate into clinical practice teaching, so that the most urgent tasks is how to realize the ultimate transformation of humanities in clinical practice teaching. This article explains the goal and content of humanistic education, and puts forward that the clinical practice is the ultimate platform of medical humanistic education.
