摘 要:目的对肉苁蓉的食用安全性进行毒理学研究。方法利用急性毒性试验、骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、Ames试验和90 d喂养试验进行毒理学研究与评价。结果急性毒性试验结果表明肉苁蓉对雌、雄小鼠急性经口最大耐受量(MTD)均>20 g/kg体重,其剂量大于人体推荐量的600倍,说明受试物属于无毒级物质;骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、Ames试验3项遗传毒性试验的结果皆为阴性,未显示出致突变性;90 d喂养试验表明,肉苁蓉2 g/kg、4 g/kg、8 g/kg体重3个剂量组动物的身体、脏器的生长发育及血液生化指标等均无明显不良影响。结论在本研究条件下,未见肉苁蓉有明显的毒副作用。Objective To study the toxicological characteristics of Cistanche Deserticola. Methods The acute toxicity test, bone marrow cell micronucleus test,mice sperm abnormality test,Ames test and 90-day feeding study were employed for toxicology study and evaluation of Cistanche Deserticola. Results Acute toxicity test showed that the acute oral maximum tolerated doses( MTD) of Cistanche Deserticola to male and female mices were both more than 20 g/ kg body weight,which were over 600 times higher than the recommended human dose,indicating that Cistanche Deserticola was non-toxic. The results of genotoxicity tests,including bone marrow cell micronucleus test,mice sperm abnormality test and Ames test,were all negative without mutations. In addition,no obvious adverse effect was observed on body weight,the growth and development of visceral organs and blood biochemical indicators in 90-day feeding test at doses of 2 g/ kg,4 g/ kg and 8 g/ kg body weight. Conclusion Cistanche Deserticola is a non-toxic substance without genetic toxicity and subacute toxicity as well.
