兔VX2肝种植瘤盐酸消融治疗后骨髓抑制及肝功能并发症相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:通过建立兔VX2肝种植瘤模型,了解盐酸消融治疗后的并发症,为进一步评价盐酸消融效果提供实验依据。方法:新西兰大白兔20只,采用组织块种植法制成兔肝VX2模型,随机分为治疗组和对照组,2周后治疗组接受盐酸消融治疗;于治疗术前1 d、术后第3 d、术后第14 d分别对两组兔经耳缘静脉抽血检测血常规及肝功能。结果:治疗组治疗后14 d WBC计数恢复正常,而对照组WBC数明显减低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后14 d谷丙转氨酶降低,而对照组谷丙转氨酶明显升高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸消融治疗对兔骨髓抑制不明显,对兔正常肝组织肝功损害轻并且短期内损害可以恢复,为临床开展盐酸消融治疗后评价并发症提供了科学的依据。Objective： To explore the complication in bone marrow suppression and liver function after the treatment of VX2 liver tumor in rabbits with hydrochloride ablation through the establishment of rabbit VX2 liver tumor model in order to provide experimental basis for further evaluation of the curative effect of hydrochloride ablation. Methods： 20 New Zealand white rabbits were taken to establish VX2 liver models with tissue block planting method and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group; the rabbits in the treatment group underwent ablation of hydrochloric acid 2 weeks after the establishment of VX2 liver models; the blood were taken from the ear vain in the rabbits from both the treatment group and the control group for the test of the blood routine and liver function one day before operation and on the third day and the fourteenth day after operation,with the test results compared between the two groups. Results： WBC count in the treatment group returned to the normal 14 days after the treatment,while WBC count in the control group notably decreased,with significant difference between the two groups（ P 0. 05）; alanine aminotransferase level in the treatment group lowered 14 days after the treatment,while alanine aminotransferase level in the control group remarkably rose,with significant difference between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Hydrochloride ablation can bring about no obvious effect on rabbit bone marrow suppression and its damage to the normal liver tissue and liver function of the rabbits is mild,with liver function completely restored in the short term,which provides a scientific basis for the clinical evaluation of complications after the treatment of hydrochloride ablation.
