摘 要:目的:探讨甲硫腺苷磷酸化酶(MTAP)基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP)rs7850937与脑梗死的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链式反应和限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法在273例脑梗死患者和344例正常对照中对rs7850937进行基因分型,并用Logistic回归分析其与脑梗死的关系。结果:MTAP基因SNP rs7850937基因型和等位基因频率在病例组和对照组的分布差异有统计学意义。Logistic回归分析显示MTAP基因rs7850937位点AG+AA基因型是脑梗死发病的独立危险因素。结论:MTAP基因rs7850937可能在脑梗死的发病中起到了一定的作用。Objective: To investigate the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism( SNP) rs7850937 in methylthioadenosine phosphorylase( MTAP) gene and cerebral infarction. Methods: SNP rs7850937 was genotyped among 273 patients with cerebral infarction and 344 normal controls by polymerase chain reaction( PCR) and restriction fragment length polymorphism( RFLP) method. And the association of rs7850937 with cerebral infarction was analyzed using Logistic regression. Results: The significant differences in allele and genotype frequencies were detected between cases and controls. And the results of Logistic regression analysis suggested that AG + GG genotype was the independent risk factor of cerebral infarction. Conclusion: SNP rs7850937 in MTAP gene may play a role in the development of cerebral infarction.
