摘 要:为了对边疆地区公路网布局结构在一定时期内的稳定性研究提供参考,针对边疆区域的特点,基于几何学三角稳定性的概念与测度,引申出公路网布局结构稳定性的基本内涵;考虑边疆地区路网布局稳定性评价的影响因素,从公路网布局结构技术性能、交通运行和社会效益三方面构建稳定性评价指标体系,提出基于三角系统的公路网布局稳定性的评价模型;并以云南省16个州、市公路网布局发展为例,对提出的方法进行验证分析。结果表明:云南省除临沧市、迪庆州外,其余14个州、市公路网布局结构稳定性系统均为锐角三角形,所构建的锐角三角形中,文山州三角系统角度标准差最小,系统稳定性最优。In order to provide rderence for stability research of border areas' highway network layout structure in a given period, aimed at the features of border areas, and based on the concept of triangular stability and its measurement, the connotation of the layout structure stability of highway network was deduced. With the influence factors of stability considered, the evaluation index system of the layout structure stability of highway network was set up based on triangle system, which contained the aspects of the highway network structure technical performance, the traffic operation and the social benefits. Taking the highway network development of 16 areas in Yunnan Province as an example, the proposed method was verified and analyzed. The results indicate that the system stability of layout structure of highway network in 14 areas except Lincang and Diqing in Yunnan Province is acute triangle on average. The angle standard deviation of Wenshan triangle system is minimum. As a result, its system stability is optimum.
