改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术联合泪道置管术的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术联合泪道置管术治疗慢性泪囊炎合并泪总管阻塞的临床疗效。方法采用改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术联合泪道置管术治疗慢性泪囊炎合并泪总管阻塞病例46例,并随访1年。结果拔管后行泪道冲洗全部通畅,总有效率100%,1年后总有效率为95%。结论改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术联合泪道置管术治疗慢性泪囊炎合并泪总管阻塞,手术效果确切,手术成功率高,容易掌握和推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified dacryocystorhinostomy combined with intubation for chronic dacryocystitis combined with lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods Totally 46 patients with chronic dacryocystitis combined with lacrimal duct obstruction underwent modified dacryocystorhinostomy combined with intubation. All the patients were followed up 1 year. Results The lacrimal passages were unobstructed after extubation and the total effective rate was 100%,which was 95%at 1 year after operation. Conclusion Modified dacryocystorhinostomy combined with intubation is a effective method for chronic dacryocystitis combined with lacrimal duct obstruction ,which is easy to grasp and popularize with definite effect.
