草栽与木栽灵芝营养成分的比较分析

摘　　要：分析比较了象草 (Pennisetum purpureum )栽培灵芝与椴树 (Tiliatuan)段木栽培灵芝的氨基酸、脂肪酸、微量元素含量。结果表明 ,象草栽培灵芝的营养成分接近甚至略高于段木培养的灵芝。The amino acid, fatty acid and microelement contents of G. lucidum cultivated with Pennisetum purpureum and Tilia tuan were compared. The result showed that the general nutrient components of G. lucidum cultivatd with P. purpureum were similar to or better than that of the G. lucidum cultivated with Tilia tuan.
