摘  要:目的观察高压氧(HBO)治疗对脑出血患者微创血肿清除术后肢体运动功能的影响。方法 2009-01—2012-12我院神经外科采用微创血肿清除术治疗脑出血患者153例(观察组),并在微创术24h以后进行高压氧治疗,选取150例单纯行微创手术治疗的患者作对照(对照组),对比2组疗效;分别采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)和改良Barthel指数(MBI)评定2组患者的肢体运动功能和日常生活活动(ADL)能力。结果观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前FMA评分及MBI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),HBO治疗后3个月均较治疗前有所提高(P<0.05),且观察组FMA、MBI评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑出血微创术后HBO治疗能够提高临床疗效,促进受损组织功能恢复,改善患者肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力。Objective To observe the effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on limb motion ability after minimally invasive surgery for cerebral hemorrhage. Methods From Jan 2009 to Dee 2012,153 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in neurosurgery department of our hospital were treated by HBO after minimally invasive surgery over 24 hours. 150 cases of cerebral hemor- rhage patients only treated by minimally invasive surgery were selected as control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and the FMA and MBI scores were assessed. Results The clinical curative efficacy of the observation group was superior to that of control group(P〈0.05). Before treatment, the FMA and MBI scores between the two groups had no signifi- cantly statistical significance. After HBO treatment for 3 months, the FMA and MBI scores improved more compared with those before treatment(P〈0.05) ,and the scores of observation group were higher than those of control group(P〈0.05). Con- clusion After minimally invasive surgery for intracerebral hemorrhage, HBO can increase the curative efficacy, contribute to damaged tissue function recovery, and improve the limb motor function and activities of daily living.
