不同药物用于下颌第二磨牙C型根管消毒的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价不同药物用于下颌第二磨牙C型根管消毒的临床效果。方法下颌第二磨牙根管治疗者共120例,随机分为三组,常规根管预备后,A组在根管内封入Metapex糊剂,B组根管内封入樟脑苯酚(CP)棉捻,C组根管内封入甲醛甲酚(FC)棉捻。常规复诊,观察封药前后临床症状和体征的变化;完成根充后随访6个月,评价根充后的临床疗效。结果三组根管内封药临床有效率分别为85.00%、75.00%和75.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组封药后急症的发生率分别为2.50%、20.00%和15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根充3个月,三组根管治疗后的临床有效率分别为100.00%、82.50%和80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病患者,Metapex糊剂不仅根管消毒效果稳定,亦能有效减少根管封药期间急症的发生,且远期效果较好,是一种较理想的根管消毒剂。Objective To evaluate the disinfection effect of different medicine using on c-canal of mandibular second molar.Methods 120 teeth from patients with diabetes ,randomly divided into three groups .After root canal pre-pare,Metapex for group A,CP for group B,FC for group C.record the change of the treatment .6 months after the treat-ment,reexam the patients,evaluate the effect.Results The effective rate of the three groups is 85.00%,75.00%and 75.00%,have no statistical significance （P〉0.05）;the incidence of EIE of the three groups is 2.50%,20.00%and 15.00%（P〈0.05）;6 months after treatment,the effective rate of the three groups is 100.00%,82.50 and 80.00%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Metapex is an ideal medicine for the diabetes in the root canal treatment .For its stability ,efficacy of EIE and long term effect after the treatment .
