摘　　要：根据高校信息化服务的现状,分析服务关系模型,提出了信息化综合服务模式解决信息化服务问题,建立了综合性的信息服务平台,整合、分类和梳理信息资源,深度挖掘信息资源,建立服务师生的特色资源,搭建信息服务平台,实现个性服务,建立各系统、部门联合的统一呼叫平台等综合服务模式,改善了传统服务方式与手段,将进一步提高信息化环境下为师生服务的质量与水平。According to the analysis of the relationship between service model, and puts forward the informatization integrated service mode to solve the problem of information services, the establishment of a comprehensive information service, tbe depth of mining informaation resources, building the characteristic resources, teachers and students realize the personality service, establish a comprehensive service mode, improved the traditional service mode and means, will further improve the information environment for service quality and level of teachers and students.
