浙北农村老年人心理健康状况及其相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解浙北农村社区老年人的心理健康状况及其相关影响因素。方法:使用症状自评量表对浙北3个地区的部分农村社区349例老年人进行现场调查,使用Logistic回归分析方法研究有关影响因素。结果:SCL-90总分得分82例超过160分,心理障碍流行率为23.50%(82/349),与全国常模比较,老年人躯体化、抑郁因子得分高于常模(P<0.01)。农村社区老年人心理健康的影响因素主要为自评健康状况、经济状况、邻里关系。结论:农村社区老年人躯体化和抑郁障碍比较普遍,改善老年人的自评健康状况,经济状况和邻里关系对于减少农村老年人心理障碍有积极意义。Objective To investigate the mental health and its influence factors among the elders in northern Zhejiang,China.Methods Symptom checklist was performed in the survey to evaluate the mental health status of 349elders in three districts of Zhejiang Province,China,and logistic regression method was used to determine the influence factors of mental disorders.Results The prevalence of mental disorders was 23.50%（82/349）and the factors of somatization and depression were higher than those of norms,with marked statistical differences（P0.01）.The influence factors of mental disorders among elders included health status,financial status,relation with neighbours.Conclusions The elders＇ mental disorders were characterized with somatization and depression and promotion of self-reported health,financial status and neighbourhood relationship have positive effect on declining the mental disorders of the elders in rural areas.
