摘　　要：本文利用合作博弈理论和方法,分析了跨国企业想要获得最大化利益的最优选择策略,并通过对跨国企业合作博弈的稳定性进行分析,找出其最稳定的状态,以便促进跨国企业更有效进行跨文化管理。This paper uses cooperative game theory and methods to analyze the optimal choice strategy for multinational companies to maximize the benefits, through analyzing the multinational companies cooperation game stability to find out the most stable state, in order to promote the more effective cross-cultural management of multinational companies.
