摘　　要：运用文献资料法和访问调查法,从运动员大学生文化教育存在的现实问题着手,针对存在的问题,提出运动员大学生的文化教育对策,分析了运动员大学生毕业后的就业途径,阐述了文化教育和就业问题的相互关系,旨在贯彻落实"体教结合"的方针政策,为高校培养高质量的运动员大学生提供参考。By applying the method of literature method and interview survey method, this paper describes realistic problems of athlete students＂ cultural education in colleges. Aiming at the existing problems, the paper puts forward countermeasures for athlete students＂ cultural education in colleges and analyses employment ways after graduation. The paper also expounds the relationship between cultural education and employment, aims to implement ＂combined teaching of sports and education＂ policy, to provide reference for training high quality athletes students in colleges.
