摘 要:目的:利用Excel软件实现处方点评表中各指标的统计工作,为有效减少处方点评工作量、提高工作效率提供参考。方法:利用Excel软件对我院医院信息系统(HIS)提供的2013年7月1-15日门急诊电子处方原始数据进行处理并分层抽样后,以抽取的641张电子处方为例,介绍并演示如何利用Excel软件的函数功能实现处方点评工作表中指标统计的具体操作步骤,包括统计平均每张处方用药品种数、平均每张处方金额、国家基本药物占处方用药的百分率、注射制使用百分率、抗菌药物使用百分率等内容,并与原人工统计模式比较。结果与结论:原人工统计方法对抽样的100张处方进行统计需要1名点评人员工作345天才能完成,而新方法对641张处方进行统计仅需1小时。实践证明该方法能较快地完成点评表中各指标的统计工作,显著提高工作效率,对于已实行电子处方、但未建立专门的处方点评系统的医院具有一定的推广和交流意义。OBJECTIVE: To achieve statistics of indicators in prescription evaluation table by using Excel software, and to pro-ide relbrence for reducing the workload of prescription evaluation and improving the working efficiency. METHODS: Stratified sampled the original data of electronic prescriptions dated from 1st July to 15th July 2013 by using Excel software, taking the sam- pled 641 electronic prescriptions for instance, the specific operating steps of indicator statistics in prescription evaluation table by us- ing Excel software were introduced and demonstrated, including average types of drugs in each prescription, average amount of pre- scription, the percentage of national essential medicine, the percentage of injection, percentage of antibacterials, etc., which was compared with artificial model. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: By artificial model, the indicators of 100 preseriptions can be dis- posed by a staff in 3-5 days; 641 prescriptions can be resolved by new method in 1 h. It' s proved the indicators of statistics have been completed quickly and the work efficiency also get improved by new method, which has some certain promotion and ex- change meaning to these hospital with electronic prescription implemented but without special prescription assessment system.
