摘 要:电动汽车供能设施的配套建设是电动汽车进一步发展和推广的关键,提出同时具备充电、换电以及储能功能的充放储一体化站的设计方案,充分利用闲置电池以及退役电池的储能价值,组配为电池储能站,并通过变流装置与电网实现充/放电互动。根据一体化站的结构功能特点编制一体化站标准运行规程的7个要点,包括总则、调度中心、变流装置、电池充换系统、梯次电池储能系统、站内配电系统以及一体化站异常及事故处理;每一部分分别就装置描述、运行流程以及操作和注意事项展开讨论。Energy facilities for electrical vehicles (EVs)are the key to promotion development for EVs.A new design proposal named Charging-Discharging-Storage Integrated Station with multi-func-tions of charging,swapping,storage is put forward,which can make full use of idle batteries and batter-ies that out of performance by rearrange those batteries to be part of energy storage system.The energy storage system can provide energy for the upper power network and also absorb energy from the power network.On the basis of analyzing characteristics of the Charging-Discharging-Storage In-tegrated Station,operation procedures for the integrated station is designed,including seven main points as follows:general principles,dispatching center,multi-function converter,char-ging-replacing system for batteries,echelon utilization system for batteries,power supply system for integrated station,abnormal situation and accidents handling.For each main point,descrip-tion of devices,operational process and points for attention are discussed detailedly.
