角膜源干细胞移植术与结膜瓣移植术治疗翼状胬肉

摘　　要：目的：对角膜源干细胞移植术和结膜瓣移植术治疗翼状胬肉的治疗效果进行比较。方法：选取30例翼状胬肉患者，切除胬肉后分别实施角膜源干细胞移植术和结膜瓣移植术，观察术后患者的角膜愈合、角膜源处新生的血管和患者的复发情况。结果：两种移植术患者在术后三天内的临床表现并无较大差异。实施角膜源干细胞移植术的患者其创面恢复所需时间更短，实施结膜瓣移植术的患者出现较明显的局部充血水肿现象且其角膜修复所需时间更长。结论：从长远来看，角膜源干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉术后不易产生干涩情况，且复发率较低，治疗效果优于结膜瓣移植术。Objective： to corneal stem cell transplantation and conjunctival flap transplantation for treatment of pterygium treatment effect comparison. Methods 30 cases of pterygium patients, after pterygium excision were performed corneal stem cell transplantation and conjunctival flap transplantation, postoperative patients with corneal healing, corneal source new blood vessels and patient recurrence. Results of two patients with transplantation within three days of surgery clinical manifestations had no difference. Recovery time shorter implementation of corneal stem cells transplantation in patients with the wound, conjunetival flap transplantation in patients with the emergence of the phenome- non of local hyperemia and edema obviously and the cornea repair takes much longer. Conclusion in the long run, corneal stem cell trans- plantation for treatment of pterygium is not easy to dry, and the recurrence rate is low, the treatment effect is better than that of conjunctival flap transplantation.
