摘  要:普通话学习者的学习动机与自我认同是相互影响的。公安院校学员对普通话学习成败的归因,不仅对其前阶段学习结果有反思总结作用,更能对后阶段的学习行为产生直接而深远的影响。积极运用归因理论,研究学员普通话学习成败归因问题,深入了解与分析其学习心理动机,有利于教官教师帮助学员调整学习态度和行为,进而改善学习效果。With the development of theory of attribute, the public courses of Standard Chinese Pronunciation is the important constituent to the public security colleges. We take Shanghai Police College as an illustration to study on the theory of attribute of police trainee with the analysis of the training and education system. It is started from the actual needs and reform in teaching, the teaching process and course of Standard Chinese Pronunciation has carried out detailed analysis and discussion. According to the different data of course and teaching goal for Standard Chinese Pronunciation, the application of theory of attribute is very effective.
