院校合作开展法警人才培养的实践与思考

摘　　要：为了加强人民法院司法警察队伍建设,提高司法警察的综合素质,有效缓解上海法院司法警察警力不足、队伍老化等问题,自2010年始上海公安高等专科学校受上海市高级人民法院委托,在上海市教委、上海市公务员局、上海市公安局的重视与关心下,开始建立以院校合作模式开展法警人才培养的长效机制。通过回顾上海公安高等专科学校连续开展三届"校院联动、战训交融、育用衔接"的法院司法警察学员培养实践历程,总结双方合作办学的培养模式与办学得失,并从合作办学、合署办公、合作共建等方面对今后上海公安高等专科学校第二专科法警人才培养的未来发展提出一些建议。To strengthen the team building of judicial police, improve their comprehensive quality, mitigate the hand shortage and force aging problem and the like, Shanghai Police College, which is authorized by Shanghai Higher People’s Court and supported by Shanghai Educational Committee, Shanghai Civil Servant Bureau and Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau, has joined hands with courts to establish the long-term mechanism of cultivating court police since 2010. Looking back at the process of cultivating court cadets for three years in the cooperative and hands-on way and summarizing the advantages and disadvantages, the author has put forward suggestions for the prospect of Shanghai Police college’s future cultivation of pre-service court police, joint school running, cooperation and mutual development.
