摘　　要：烟煤燃烧过程中析出的挥发分不能充分燃烧 ,是产生烟雾的主要原因。利用型煤技术 ,合理配方 ,对原煤进行优化改质 ,严格加工工艺 ,以及利用添加剂技术 ,调整型煤的挥发分产率 ,控制可燃气体的均匀性 ;设计性能良好的炉具 ,创造高温燃烧的条件 ,保证供应充足的氧气 ,并使之与可燃气体均匀混合 ,实现完全燃烧。综合采取以上措施 ,即可实现无烟燃烧。The released volatile mater can not be burn enough in bituminous fired process. Therefore it is the major reason of smoke produce. However, the smoke free combustion of bituminous can be reached when using the briquetting technology. Some of the technical measures can be adopted in briquetting process, for example to adjust the volatile mater content in briquette, using additive agent technology, to improve quality of raw coal. In the other hand, good performance stove should be designed for to provide a high temperature combustion condition and enough oxygen.
