摘　　要：罗尔斯的正义理论是针对功利主义理论提出的。从罗尔斯的视角看,功利主义理论存在着类比推理谬误、最大幸福幻象、善优先预设的理论缺陷。罗尔斯通过契约论原初状态对类比推理的批判、两个正义原则对最大幸福的批判和两个优先原则对善优先预设的批判等多个维度努力实现了对功利主义的超越。John Rawls put forward the theory of Justice,directed against Utilitarianism.In Rawls＇ view,Utilitarianism has theoretical defects in analogical reasoning,illusionary maximum happiness and presuppositions of good priority to justice.John Rawls manages to critique and transcend Utilitarianism by putting forward original states,two principles of justice and two priority principles,which are directed against the theoretical defects of Utilitarianism.
