摘　　要：公平正义是中国特色社会主义的内在要求,是社会永葆生机活力的基本保障。公正社会的构建是一个极为复杂的问题,众多因素涉及其中,在构建过程中也面临诸多困境。公民思想政治教育作为公正社会体系中的重要子系统,为公正社会的构建提供理论资源,有助于整合人们对社会公正认识的歧义,促进社会正能量的积累以及提高公民和政府的责任意识。同时,公民思想政治教育还需要注重主体建设与路径选择、有效的制度性支撑、克服传统文化负面性影响以及教育过程长期性和复杂性的充足估计等实施条件。In the modern society,justice is the universal value target beyond the nations,states and cultural boundaries.But the construction of ajust society is a complicated problem.A lot of factors are involved,and the construction process is confronted with many difficulties.As an important subsystem of a just social system,citizens＇ education plays an important role and performs a unique mission.Thus it has become an important factor promoting the construction of a just society.But the civic education has become limited in playing a role due to various factors.
