共青团组织“推优入党”工作现状及对策研究

摘　　要："推优入党"是高校共青团组织发掘和培养优秀大学生的重要战略任务。新形势下,高校共青团组织"推优入党"工作存在一些突出问题,如个别团干部对推优工作的熟悉度不高、对推优工作的重要性认识不足、推优制度及程序不够规范、推优对象的素质参差不齐、党团组织培养衔接不够、推优工作缺乏有效监督等。为此,要从强化团干队伍建设、创新推优工作体制、加强推优与育优的党团组织衔接等方面着手提高高校共青团组织"推优入党"工作的科学化水平及实效性。＂Recommending Excellent Members to Join the Party＂is the important strategic task to explore and develop outstanding students for the college Youth League organizations. Under the new situation, there are some outstanding problems of the work, such as, individual league cadres＇ unfamiliar with the work, the lack of awareness of the importance of the work, the unstandard-ized systems and procedures, the uneven quality of Party ac-tivists, the insufficient convergence between the Party and college Youth League organizations, the lack of effective supervision and so on. To this end, the improvement of the scientific level and ef-fectiveness of ＂Recommending Excellent Members to Join the Party＂should start from strengthening League cadres team con-struction, the innovation of the work system, and enhancing the convergence of recommending and educating the excellent mem-bers between the Party and college Youth League organizations.
