摘 要:在分析培养应用型人才的应用型本科院校的办学定位的基础上,探索应用型人才培养的实践教学体系,将探索结果引入北京城市学院的实践教学。通过探索与实践,证明了实践教学体系是促进实践教学贯穿于教学活动始终的有力保证。校企深度合作,共同加强校内外实践教学基地建设。在明确应用型人才岗位定位的基础上,双方深入研究岗位应用能力,搭建各能力训练的目标体系、内容体系及保障体系等实践教学体系平台,采用产学研合作的运行机制,循序渐进地对学生进行系统化的能力训练,能有效的培养满足社会全方位需求的、具备促进地方经济社会发展和产业结构升级优化初步能力的应用型人才。On the basis of analyzing school-running orientation of applied undergraduate colleges in training applied talents, we explore the practical teaching system of applied talents training, and apply the results to practical teaching in Beijing City University. Through the exploration and practice, it proves that the practi- cal teaching system is a powerful guarantee to improve the practice teaching through the teaching activities. Through deep school enterprise cooperation, we work together to strengthen the construction of practice teaching base inside and outside school. On the basis of defining job positioning of applied talents, both of us deeply study post application ability, build the practice teaching system platform of the ability training goal system, content system and guarantee system etc. , adopt the operating mechanism of "industry-univer- sity-institute" cooperation, train systematic application skills to students step by step. Then we can effec- tively cultivate applied talents who meet with an all-round social demand, and have the ability to promote local economic and social development and the preliminary ability of the industrial structure up grading and optimization.
