文拉法辛缓释片联合阿立哌唑治疗躯体化障碍的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨文拉法辛缓释片合并阿立哌唑治疗躯体化障碍的疗效及安全性。方法 78例患者随机分成治疗组(文拉法辛缓释片合并阿立哌唑联合治疗)和对照组(单用文拉法辛缓释片治疗),各39例。在治疗2、4、6周末采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、不良反应量表(treatment emergent symptom scale,TESS)评定两组疗效及不良反应。结果治疗4周末,两组躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、强迫、人际关系、恐怖、敌对、偏执等8项因子分较治疗前均有明显改善,治疗组躯体化、强迫、焦虑、偏执等4项因子分较对照组改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗8周、12周末,治疗组的躯体化、抑郁、焦虑等因子分较对照组改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为92.31%,高于对照组79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组TESS评分为2.33±1.06,对照组为2.12±0.96,差异无统计学意义(t=0.81)。结论文拉法辛缓释片联合阿立哌唑治疗躯体化障碍疗效优于单一应用文拉法辛缓释片,且依从性好。Objective To study the ven/afaxine combined with aripiprazole tablets and safety of treatment of somatization dis- order. Methods Seventy-eight patients were randomly divided into treatment group （venlafaxine combined with aripiprazole tablets） and control group （venlafaxine alone） , 39 cases eaeh. In the ends of 2, 4, 6 weeks, the self-assessment lists of symptom （SCI,-90） and adverse reaction scale （treatment emergent symptom scale, TESS） were used to evaluat the curative effect anti adverse reactions. Results In the ends of 4 weeks, SCL-90 scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05）. TESS scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. 8 weeks, 12 weeks in the treatment group somatization, depression, anxiety and other factor scores improved significantly com- pared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Treatment group was 92.31% , higher than 79.49% , the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） ; treatment group TESS score was 2.33 ± 1.06, the control group was 2.12±0.96, the difference was not statistically significant （t = 0.81 ）. Conclusions Venlafaxine combined with aripiprazole tablets for treatment of somatization disorder is better than venlafaxine alone, and has good complianee.
