摘　　要：目的：探讨巨大鹿角形结石应用肾盂肾下盏联合切开取石术进行治疗的效果。方法应用肾盂肾下盏联合切开取石术对巨大鹿角形结石30例患者进行治疗。结果全部病例的结石都顺利取出，没有发生严重的并发症。术中不用阻断肾蒂，平均手术时间为110（80～180） min。术后有3例患者残留结石。结论该术式有诸多有优点：术野清晰，操作简单，取净率高，损伤少等，值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the application of huge staghorn calculi infundibulopelvic combined with treatment of lithotomy. Methods The infundibulopelvic United lithotomy for giant staghorn calculi in 30 cases were treated with. Results all cases were all successful removal of stones, no serious complications. Patients without renal pedicle occlusion,the average operation time was 110 （80 -- 180） min. 3 cases of postoperative patients with residual stones. Conclusion the technique has many advantages： a clear operation field, simple operation, high net rate,less injury,it is worth in clinical application.
