摘  要:TBL是国际流行的一种教学方法,但该方法在我国还开展的还不多。为了研究TBL教学对本科生心电图实习教学的影响,我们选择了部分学生,随机分为实验班和对照班,分别使用TBL教学法和讲授法,实习结束进行考核。结果发现实验班的心电图考试成绩明显好于对照班,说明采用TBL教学法有助于提高学习效果。TBL is an international popular teaching method, but at present its use in our county is seldom. In order to study the effect of TBL pedagogy on the ECG practice teaching in undergraduates, the authors selected some students and randomly divided them into experimental class and control class. TBL pedagogy and lecture method were separately used in the two classes. At the end of this in- ternship there is a test assessment for them. The results of the ECG test scores in experimental class are significantly better than those of the control class. This proved TBL pedagogy contributed to increase academic record.
