摘 要:目的:探讨电刀电切技术在腭裂修复术中的应用。方法回顾分析160例先天性单侧腭裂病例,随机分为实验组和对照组各80例,实验组手术全程使用高频电刀作为切开工具,对照组除松弛切口使用高频电刀外,其他切口均采用普通手术刀切开,手术中统计手术的失血量和手术时间,同时随访观察术后创口愈合情况等指标。进行单因素方差分析和t检验。结果实验组手术时间、失血量均优于对照组,手术时间、失血量指标经统计学分析有明显差异(P〈0.05)。随访创口愈合情况无明显差异。结论小儿腭裂整复术中应用高频电刀作在手术全程中使用,代替传统的普通手术刀。可明显减少术中失血量,缩短手术时间,是一种值得推广的手术方式。Objective To investigate the ef ect of using high frequency electrotome in cleft palate reconstructive surgery. Methods 160 patients with cleft palate were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(80) and control group(80). Patients in experimental group were used high frequency electrotome for every incisions during the entire operation procedure. Patients in control group were used scalpel to completed operation except using high frequency electrotome for relaxation incision. Comparisons operation time and blood loss between two groups were performed through one-way ANOVA and pairedt test Results The indexes, including operation time and total blood loss. In experimental were less than Control group. There were significant differences between two groups. (p 〈0.05). Conclusion Using high frequency electrotome to completed cleft palate repair is effective in reduce blood loss and operation time. It is a deserved popularized method.
