摘 要:介绍一种综合消防工程学、火灾动力学和风险评估理论的建筑整体火灾风险分析方法 FRAME。介绍其方法框架及算法,并以某地上商业项目的靠近下沉广场的一个防火区块为例,分析FRAME方法在火灾风险评估中的应用。该方法在基于建筑功能、活动和消防设计的基础上,既考虑实际火灾性能,亦充分体现处方式设计的规范要求,可以协助设计师在进行消防与生命安全设计之前发现消防设计的薄弱环节并采取有针对性的强化消防措施。A total fire risk analysis method called Fire Risk Anal- ysis Method for Engineering (FRAME) was introduced, which combined the concepts of fire protection engineering and fire dy- namics and the basic theories of risk evolution. The structure and algorithm of the method were introduced. Taking a fire dis- trict near the sunken plaza of a commercial building as an exam- pIe, the application of FRAME in fire risk analysis was intro- duced. In FRAME method, the building functions, activities and the fire protection design should be thoroughly reviewed and then the possible fire performance and the basic require- ments of codes should also be fully embodied. FRAME method can help the designer to realize the weakness of a specific build- ing and the strengthen measures and revision adopted in the preliminary design phase.
