摘 要:目的:探讨反向交接班模式对N1级护士临床思维能力的影响。方法:对我院心血管病区和普外科病区N1级护士分别进行传统交接班模式与反向交接班模式实践,对N1级护士理论知识、护理程序的运用、沟通能力等进行评价,以探讨反向交接班模式对N1级护士临床思维能力的影响。结果:反向交接班模式中N1级护士理论知识、基本护理技能的掌握、床边综合能力明显优于传统的交接班模式,均P<0.05。结论:反向交接班模式调动了护理人员学习专科知识的自觉性和主动性,临床发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力提升,提高了N1级护士护理临床思维能力。Objective:To investigate the reverse shift model effect for the N1 level nurses on clinical thinking ability. Methods:Put the traditional shift model and reverse shift model into practice,the N1 level nurses were evaluated on theoretical knowledge,the use of nursing procedure and communication skills. Re-sults:The mastery of the theoretical knowledge and basic nursing skills,the bedside comprehensive ability of the N1 level nurses in the reverse shift model are better than traditional shift model,P〈0. 05. Conclusion:The reverse shift model mobilized nurses′ consciousness and initiative of learning specialist knowl-edge,enhanced abilities of the clinical finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,and improved the N1 level nurse clinical thinking ability.
