摘　　要：目的研究CD90和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在肝细胞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法利用免疫组化法检测33例肝细胞癌手术切除标本、25例癌旁组织标本和20例正常肝脏组织标本中CD90和VEGF的表达情况。结果肝细胞癌组织中CD90、VEGF的阳性表达率分别为72.73%和81.82%,高于癌旁组织(48.00%和52.00%)和正常肝脏组织(0.00%和45.00%)(P<0.05)。结论 CD90和VEGF表达与肝细胞癌的发生、发展关系密切。Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of CD90 and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）in the hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the ex-pressions of CD90 and VEGF in the 33 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma tissues,the 25 cases of paraneoplastic tis-sues and 20 cases of normal liver tissues. Results The positive expression rate of CD90 and VEGF in the hepato-cellular carcinoma tissues（72. 73% and 81. 82% ）were higher than those in the paraneoplastic tissues（48. 00%and 52. 00% ）and the normal liver tissues（0. 00% and 45. 00% ）（P ＆lt; 0. 05）. Conclusion The expressions of CD90 and VEGF are closely related to the canceration and development of hepatocellular carcinoma.
