前列腺穿刺活检术并发症的护理干预及效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨减少前列腺穿刺活检术并发症的护理干预及其效果评价。方法回顾性分析2008年8月至2013年6月268例前列腺穿刺活检术患者的病历资料,将2011年1月之前未采取护理干预的118例患者设为对照组,将2011年1月及以后起采取预见性护理干预的150例患者设为干预组,将2组并发症指标进行对比。结果干预组术后疼痛评分、尿血量、便血量低于对照组(P<0.05);感染,排尿困难,头晕、心慌,胸闷、心悸的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对前列腺穿刺活检术患者采取有效的护理干预措施,可减少术后并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the efficacy of nursing interventions in reducing the complications of pros-tate biopsy. Methods The 268 cases of patients underwent prostate biopsy were retrospectively analyzed between August 2008 and June 2013. The 118 cases before January 2011 in the control group,and 150 cases after January 2011 in the intervention group,and nursing interventions had been done in the intervention group. The complications of the two groups were observed comparatively. Results The pain scores,hemuresis,hematochezia in the interven-tion group were lower than those in the control group（P ＆lt; 0. 05）;the incidences of infection,dysuria,dizziness and palpitation,palpitations and chest tightness were significantly less than those in the control group（P ＆lt; 0. 05）. Con-clusion The effective nursing interventions could reduce the complications of prostate biopsy.
