摘 要:目的观察小脑下前动脉的走行和与前庭蜗神经间正常MRI表现及对神经形态的量化研究。方法常规体检者45名(90耳),行桥小脑角区MR 3D-SPACE序列检查。观察并测量内听道段前庭蜗神经、小脑下前动脉,比较不同断面对神经、血管的显示情况。结果 3薄层采集图像可清晰显示微小神经结构及其周围微血管情况。蜗神经直径为(1.15±0.03)mm;前庭上神经直径为(1.08±0.03)mm;前庭下神经直径为(0.84±0.04)mm。小脑下前动脉出现率为97.5%,小脑下前动脉袢为59%,迷路动脉为34%。动脉袢、迷路动脉压迫前庭蜗神经占4%;接触者占24%,疑似接触率44%,无接触18%。结论本研究结果可为临床在小脑脑桥角提供有用的影像解剖学数据。Objective To observe the normal MRI about the morphology of the anterior inferior cerebeUar artery and the vestibulocochlear nerve. Methods MR inspection of inner ear was performed on 90 ears using MR 3D SPACE sequence. Normal performance of nerves and vessels in IAC (inner auditory canal) were observed and measured. Results It was clearly to display the micro nerve structure and its surrounding raierovascular by three thin images. The mean diameter of cochlear nerve (CN) was (1.15±0.03) mm; superior vestibular nerve(SVN) diameter (1.08±0.03)rata; inferior vestibular nerve (IVN)(0.84±0.04)ram. The incidence of the anterior inferior eerebellar artery was 97.5 percent; the anterior inferior cerebellar artery loop 59 percent; the labyrinthine artery 34 percent. Arterial loops and labyrinthine artery contacted with the vestibulocochlear nerve 4 percent; 24 percent contacted,suspected contacted 44 percent,non-contacted 18 percent. Conclusion The result of this study could supply useful imaging anatomic data for the clinical practice in the cerebellopontine angle.
