摘　　要：医事法学已经迈入了培养卓越法律人才的新时期,如何加强医事法学学科建设是一项重要课题。应当在遵循适应需求、立足创新、突出特色、交叉融合、追求卓越原则的基础上,准确把握医事法学学科定位,培育学科特色,建设创新团队,构筑学科平台,加强科学研究,形成交叉学科群体优势,并创新管理运行机制,以此提升医事法学学科建设水平。Medical jur/sprudence has entered the new period of training outstanding law talents, therefore how to strengthen the discipline construction has become an important project. In order to promote the discipline construction, we should base on the principles of meeting requirements, basing on innovation, highlighting its u- nique features, discipline intersection and fusion, pursuing excellence, etc.; accurately grasp the subject orienta- tion; cultivate discipline characteristics; constructing innovation teams; constructing discipline platforms; strength- en scientific research to form a cross-disciplinary group; and innovating management ooeration mechanism.
