摘　　要：高职教育在社会发展和经济建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用。高职院校学生较普通高校学生特点明显,其受重视欲更强,更希望能得到个性的释放和自由的发展。"以人为本"是科学发展观的核心,高职院校积极构建"以人为本"的学生事务管理服务体系,是适应新时期、新阶段、新形势的必然选择。Vocational education plays an increasingly important role in social development and economic construction. Com-pared with general college students, vocational college students have stronger appetite for being concerned and releasing their person-alities. Human-oriented is the core of scientific development view, constructing human-oriented students management and service system in vocational college is the inevitable choice. to adapt to new era, new phase and new situation.
