摘　　要：伊斯兰法是世界几大法系中较为独特但影响深远的一支,它是规范穆斯林个人行为和社会制度的准则,源自《古兰经》和圣训的教导。哈奈菲派产生于曾经是多元文化汇集的两河流域,自然环境和文化氛围不同于伊斯兰的发祥地麦加和麦地那,这就决定了它从一开始就不同于其他法学派别。它灵活通融,积极与异文化对接,在处理新问题时游刃有余,符合理性。借助这一特性,它畅通无阻地传到了大半个伊斯兰世界,成为四大学派中最有影响的一个。在中国,哈奈菲派的盛行不仅是受中亚伊斯兰传统以及中亚移民的文化因子的影响,而且还有经堂教育的贡献。随着教育在各地的普及,哈奈菲派牢牢地扎根在了中国大地,成了中国穆斯林的文化传统。在当今多元开放的世界,深入研究哈奈菲学派,对构建和谐社会,加强各民族的团结会起到积极的促进作用。As a unique and profound one of legal systems in the world, Islamic law is a norm to regulateMuslim behavior and social system, and stems from Quran and sages＇ guidance. Hanafi originated inMesopotamia where different cultures have mingled, the natural and cultural environments are quite differentthose of Makah and Medina,the source of Islam,and this made Hanafi law different from other schools. Ithas been flexible,actively interacting with alien cultures, skillful in dealing with problems, and rational. Dueto this very feature, it spreads almost across the Islamic world and becomes the most influential one amongthe four schools. In China, the popularization of Hanafi was due to not only the influence of Mid -AsiaIslamic tradition and cultural elements of Mid-Asia immigrants, but also the contribution of scripture halleducation. With the popularization of education, Hanafi has been deeply rooted in China and become acultural tradition of Chinese Muslims. In this open and multi -cultural world, the comprehensive study of Hanafi will promote the construction of harmonious society and strengthen the ethnic unity.
