摘　　要：针对制盐过程中温度对盐粒度的影响,利用舒坪制盐区2#真空精卤进行室内蒸发实验,研究不同的蒸发温度对盐结晶的影响情况,并找出变化规律。According to the influence of temperature to the grain size of salt in the process of salt making, this paper studies the influence of evaporation temperature to the salt crystallization and finds out the variation through indoor evaporation experiment by using refined salt brine of 2# vacuum system in shuping district.
