摘　　要：目的:总结尤建良教授治疗中晚期大肠癌经验。方法:收集、整理尤建良教授治疗大肠癌的临床思路及有效方剂。结果:尤建良教授认为,治疗大肠癌,在清热利湿、化瘀解毒的同时重视健脾温胃,辨证以"虚、滞、湿、热、瘀"为主,采用中西医结合综合治疗。结论:尤建良教授治疗大肠癌有较好的临床经验。Objective：To summarize the clinical experience of Professor You Jianliang in treating colorectal canc- er. Methods：Clinical thinkings and effective prescriptions of Professor You Jianliang for the treatment of colorectal cancer were collected and organized. Results：Professor You Jianliang considered that clearing heat and disinhibiting dampness ,removing blood stasis and toxin should be used in treating colorectul cancer. At the same time the activation of spleen and the warming of stomach were also paid attention to. Syndrome differentiation were mainly “ deficiency, stagnation,humidity, heat and stasis” , and the comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine were adopted. Conclusion： Professor You Jianliang has achieved good clinical curative effects in treating colorectal cancer.
