新办高职院校体育发展的SWOT分析及对策研究——以南京城市职业学院为例

摘　　要：以南京城市职业学院体育工作实践为例,对新办高职院校体育发展问题进行了SWOT分析,并就其发展对策进行了探讨。结果表明:新办高职院校体育发展的问题主要表现在思想认识、师资配备、条件保障和课程教学等方面,基本特点是体育工作起步较晚,基础薄弱,体育工作条件保障难以到位,思想认识不统一。基于此,作者提出了"夯实基础,以点带面,取长补短,逐步达标"的新办高职院校体育发展思路及具体对策。Taking Nanjing City Vocational College for ex-ample,SWOT analysis of the Newly-established Vocation？al Colleges＇ Physical development problems,countermeas-ures are discussed in the Article. The results show that thenew vocational colleges Physical development issues main-ly in their thinking,teaching staff,conditions,and otheraspects of teaching,the basic characteristics are startinglate,weak base,etc. Based on this,the author proposed a “solid foundation,a point to face each other,and gradual-ly compliance ” of the Newly-established Vocational Colleges＇ Physical development ideas and specific counter-measures.
