摘 要:全球海洋渔业资源普遍衰退,南极磷虾资源开发与利用日益受到国际关注。对在中国申请的南极磷虾相关专利进行了检索与统计分析,主要包括总体趋势、专利类型、IPC类别、申请人国别与地域、申请人关注重点领域等。现阶段已经实现专利技术布局的主体有15个,涉及专利32件。中国南极磷虾产业专利技术研发布局的特征为处于技术发展期、布局已稍显落后、国外申请人布局势头明显等,提出开展南极磷虾高效优质捕捞技术研发、技术研发交流与合作、专利技术评价及产业技术创新战略研究等建议,实现规避产业开发专利壁垒风险。Globally, there is an increasing awareness and concern regarding the decline of marine fisheries resources, and the development and utilization of Antarctic krill resources are being concerned worldwide. This paper conducts a search and statistical analysis on Antarctic kriU industry-related patent applications in China, mainly including the overall trend, patent type, IPC category, the applicant's country and region, and their key areas of concern. Altogether, there are 32 patents having been granted, involving 15 patentees. The analysis shows the characteristics of Antarctic kfill industry patent in China are it is in the technologies development period, the layout being slightly lagging behind, and there is a clear layout trend of foreign applicants. It is proposed that researches on quality and efficient technology of fishing R & D, technology research exchanges and cooperation, patented technology assessment, and the innovation strategy of Antarctic krill industry should be carried out, thus to effectively avoid the patent barriers risk of industrial development.
