摘　　要：以自制的D12-孔雀石绿为内标，建立了水产品中孔雀石绿的高效液相色谱-串联四级杆质谱联用测定方法。方法以HypersilGOLDTMCl8色谱柱（50×3．0mm，5／lm）为分离柱，乙腈-乙酸铵缓冲溶液（V／V=80：20）为流动相，以乙腈提取样品，在电喷雾正离子选择反应检测模式下进行定性定量分析。该方法的检出限为0．5μg／kg，线性范围为5～500ng／mL，加标回收率为90．78％～99．08％，相对平均偏差为1．2％～3．0％。A method for the determination of malachite green in aquatic products was developed by LC-MS- MS with self-prepared D12-malachite green as internal standard. In this paper, samples were extracted with acetonitrile and chromatographic separation was carried out using a Hypersil GOLDTM C18 analysis column （50 × 3.0 mm,5 μm） with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-acetate buffer （80 - 20, V/V）. The mass spec- trometer was operated in the positive mode using SRM. The limit of detection was 0.5 μg/mL and the line- ar range was obtained from 5 to 500 ng/mL. The recoveries were between 90.78%- 99.08%, and RSD values were between 1.2%-3.0%.
