摘　　要：为了给公众提供更好的药学指导与服务,应当重视执业药师的培养与制度建设。药学教育也应适应我国目前对执业药师药学人才的需求而进行发展和提高。综述中国药学教育概况、执业药师的需求和构建多元化的药学教育体系,多方位培养药学人才。The training and system construction of licensed pharmacists should be paid more attention for providing better pharmaceutical guidance and services .The pharmaceutical education should adapt to China＆#39;s current demand of licensed pharmacists .This paper reviews the Chinese pharmaceutical education situation ,the demand of licensed pharmacists ,and building a variety of pharmaceutical education system to cultivate pharmacists.
