摘　　要：医学院校作为培养医务工作者的摇篮,不仅肩负着向医院输送高层次医疗人才、提高医务工作者技能水平的责任,更肩负着对医学生医德精神的教育重任。医德精神作为医学院校之所以为大学的灵魂所在,为医学院校思想政治教育工作指明了方向,同时也是医学院校思想政治教育工作的源头活水。思考和探索适合当代医学生医德精神的教育模式,对培养医学生道德素质,创新医学院校思想政治教育模式、提高医学院校医德精神的教育水平都具有重要的现实意义。Nowadays,Medical colleges are the main resources that cultivate medical workers .On the one hand,these Medical colleges should teach the high-level medical talents and improve Medical staff＆#39;s skills .On the other hand , medical colleges have a more important task-that is to educate the medical students to have a sense of medical ethics spirit.The core of medical colleges＆#39;teaching frame is to highlight the medical ethics spirit ,which points out the clear direction for medical college＆#39;s ideological and political education .Thinking and exploring the spirit of contemporary medical ethics medical students education model for training medical students and moral qualities , innovative medical colleges ideological and political education model to improve the spirit of medical ethics educa -tion level institutions have important practical meaning .Colleges should put more focus on thinking and exploring the proper teaching model to improve the modern medical students＆#39;medical ethics spirit .By this means , colleges could foster medical students＆#39;moral quality , innovative the model of medical college＆#39;s ideological and political education ,and improve our medical college ethics spirit＆#39;s education level .All these works have important practical meaning in the future.
