口腔科少数民族实习医师标准预防认知与防护行为调查

摘　　要：目的了解口腔科少数民族实习医师对标准预防的认知及职业防护的执行现状,旨在提高实习医师的防范意识,减少职业危害的发生。方法选取新疆医科大学103名少数民族学生,其中维吾尔族83名、哈萨克族11名、塔吉克族6名、塔塔尔族3名;采用自行设计的标准预防认知及防护行为调查表对口腔科少数民族实习医师进行问卷调查,分别在实习医师实习1周和1个月各发放问卷1次,对比两个时间段实习医师的标准预防认知水平及职业防护执行情况;采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果 103名实习医师中实习1周的实习医师标准预防认知得分最高项目为标准预防既能保护患者又能保护医务工作者,正确率为79.6%;得分最低项目为针头使用后必须回套时需以单手回套,正确率为25.2%;实习1个月标准预防认知情况各项得分均显著提高;实习1周的实习医师防护行为平均得分最高为接触化学溶剂时是否会戴手套或口罩,得分为(2.86±0.94)分,得分最低为针头使用后是否会回套针帽,得分为(2.01±0.83)分,实习1个月防护行为各项得分均有所提高;实习1个月的标准预防认知水平及职业防护执行情况与实习1周比较,得分均有所提高,两者差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔科103名少数民族实习医师临床实习1周与1个月后比较,标准预防认知及职业防护的执行情况均有提高,说明口腔科少数民族实习医师通过不断学习,职业感染防护知识、防护措施能得以不断提高,对减少职业危害的发生很有必要。OBJECTIVE To investigate the awareness of standard precautions and the execution of occupational protection among the dental interns from ethnic minorities so as to improve the interns′consciousness of prevention and reduce the incidence of occupational hazards.METHODS Totally 103students from the ethnic minorities,including 83from Uighur,11from Kazak,6from Tajik,and 3from Tatar,were recruited from Xinjiang Medical University,then the questionnaire survey was conducted for the interns by using self-designed survey tables for the awareness of standard precautions and occupational protection behaviors,the questionnaires were respectively assigned at one week and one month of internship,the awareness of the standard precautions and the execution of occupational protection were compared between the two time periods,and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS17.0software.RESULTS Of the 103dental interns,79.6% got the highest points of awareness of standard precautions and believed that the standard precautions could not only protect the patients but also the medical staff;25.2% got the lowest points of the idea that the needle heads should be recapped with single hand.After one month of internship,the scores of awareness of standard precautions were significantly improved. For the interns with one-week of internship,the average score of wearing gloves to contact the chemical solutions was the highest（2.86±0.94）points,the recapping of needle head the lowest（2.01±0.83）points;after one month of internship,the scores of the occupational protection were improve to a certain degree.As compared with the one-week of internship,the awareness of standard precautions and the implementation of occupational protections were significantly improved after one months of internship,the differences were significant（P＆lt;0.05）.
