摘　　要：目的：评估贝克抑郁量表第2版中文版（BDI-Ⅱ-C）在我国青少年中的信度和效度。方法：2744名农村和2821名城市中学生（年龄：14．2±1．7岁）、45名重性抑郁障碍、22名轻性抑郁障碍和160名无抑郁障碍青少年完成BDI-Ⅱ-C和流调中心用抑郁量表（CES-D）的测试，并随机抽取196名中学生1周后及67名抑郁障碍青少年2个月后完成BDI-Ⅱ-C的重测。结果：①在非临床和抑郁障碍青少年中，BDI-Ⅱ-CCronbachOt系数分别为0．89和0．93，各条目间的相关系数分别在0．14-0．45和0．03-0．69之间，各条目与总分的相关系数分别为0．42-0．65和0．12-0．75之间，重测相关系数分别为0．76和0．56（Ps〈0．001）；②探索性因子分析提示BDI-Ⅱ-C可提取认知一情感和躯体症状两个高度相关的因子，两因子累积方差贡献率为36．71％；验证性因素分析发现一般因子一躯体症状一认知情感三因子模型拟合数据最优，各指标为X2/df=-2．87，TLI=0．96，CFI=0．97，RMSEA=0．026。③BDI-Ⅱ-C总分与CES-D总分呈正相关（r=-0．72～0．76，Ps〈0．01），重性、轻性抑郁障碍及无抑郁障碍青少年BDI-Ⅱ-C总分得分两两比较差异显著。结论：BDI-Ⅱ-C在我国青少年中具有良好的信度和效度，能够作为我国青少年抑郁症状筛查和严重程度评估的自评工具。Objective： To examine the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Beck Depression Inventory-Ⅱ （BDI-Ⅱ-C） in Chinese adolescents. Methods： 5565 junior and high-school adolescents, 45 adolescents with major depres- sive disorder, 22 with minor depression and 160 without depressive disorder completed the BDI-Ⅱ-C and the Center for Ep- idemiologieal Studies Depression Scale（CES-D）. After 1 week, 196 students were retested with the BDI-Ⅱ-C and 67 de- pressed adolescents were retested after 2 months. Results： （1）In nonclinical adolescents and depressed adolescents, the Cronbach alpha coefficient of BDI-Ⅱ-C was 0.89 and 0.93, respectively. The intercorrelations of 21 items ranged from 0.14 to 0.45 and 0.03 to 0.69 respectively, and item-total correlations ranged from 0.42 to 0.65 and 0.12 to 0.75, respectively（Ps〈 0.05）. The test-retest coefficient was 0.76 and 0.56 respectively（Ps〈0.001）. （2）Exploratory factor analysis extracted two fac- tors, Cognitive-Affective and Somatic factors, which accounted for 36.71% of the variance in participants＇ responses. Confir- matory factor analysis showed the General-Somatic-Cognitive- Affeetive（G-S-CA） structure was the best fitted model（x2/ df=-2.87, TLI=0.96, CFI=0.97, RMSEA=0.026）. （3）BDI-Ⅱ-C total score was related with the CES-D total score（r=-0.72- 0.76, Ps〈0.01）. Conclusion： The Chinese version of the Beck Depression Inventory-Ⅱ showed good reliability and validity in Chinese adolescents.
