摘　　要：科技型小微企业是科技创新最为活跃和最具经济发展潜力的一个群体,针对目前社会环境下科技型小微企业在发展过程中面临的很多亟需解决的问题,指出研发外包作为一种日益普遍的方式,为科技型小微企业的发展提供了新的契机,并重点对科技型小微企业实行研发外包的机制进行了研究。technology-based small micro enterprise is science and technology innovation are the most active and the most economic development potential of a group,But in the current social environment conditions,technologybased small micro enterprise in the process of development still faces many need to solve the problem.RD outsourcing as an increasingly popular way,for the development of technology-based small micro enterprise provides a new way,this article focuses on Jane mechanism of technology-based small micro enterprise implement RD outsourcing.
