摘　　要：企业规模经济影响到企业的可持续发展,国内外学者高度重视企业规模经济理论的研究。本文探讨了影响规模经济的因素,从企业创新、范围经济、集聚经济、组织惯性、组织绩效五个视角,进行了系统整理和对比融合,并对规模经济发展未来方向进行了展望。Scale economies is the focus of entrepreneur and theorist interest for a long time.It concers with persistent development of business.Domestic and foreign scholars pay high attention to theory of Scale E-conomies.From five different angle such as enterprise innovation,economies of scope,cluster economy,or-ganizational inertia, organizational performance, the paper summarizes the studies of influential factors of Scale Economies at home and abroad on the basis of integrating the different factors.At last,the paper puts forward the prospective direction of research on Scale economies.
