摘　　要：关注日常生活世界,谋民生之利、解民生之忧,是民生新闻赢得广泛受众的路径选择。凭借经验、习俗、血缘关系和天然情感而自发地运行与维系的传统日常生活世界,在现代市场经济的冲击下开始了自身的裂变与转型,而培育具有理性精神和创新意识的现代主体全方位生成,应成为当今时代传播媒介的本质追求。在电视民生新闻表达中,聚焦主体日常消费活动与交往活动,使受众领悟到主体观念世界不求甚解、靠习惯支配行动的自发自在性和因循守旧、缺乏批判性与创造性这样基本的思维特征。这其中,经验对抗理性、人情侵蚀法治,根深蒂固地盘踞普通民众的观念世界,其难以消解的日常思维定式导致人际交往异化和信用机制失灵。着眼于转型社会主体的生存现状,电视媒介以极富感染力与鞭挞力的图像传播,对受众思想观念渗透"引导力量"和"改造力量",这正是民生新闻加强社会管理体系建设、促进人的全面发展的价值所在。Focusing daily living world,serving for interests of the masses and relieving their worries remain the way of civic news to winning the audience. Traditional daily living world,which operates and maintain its customs,experience,blood relationship and natural emotion,now starts its own changes under the shock of modern market economy,so modern formation of all-round subject comes to be an essential pursuit of the era featuring reasonable spirit and creative consciousness. The TV expression of civic news via focusing daily con-sumption and communication activities can show the spontaneity,repeatability and non-criticism. Among them,experience’s confronting reasonableness,sentiment’s eroding rule-of-law,the masses’concepts that fuse into the times of transformation,and daily stereotype of thinking have become practical realism of civic news. in the view of existence situations of transforming social subject,“guiding power”and“changing pow-er”penetrated into the masses’ideology remain the value of civic news in promoting man’s all-round pro-gress.
