国际社会创业研究前沿探析:基于情境分析视角

摘　　要：在全球一体化的背景下,社会创业呈现出一定的国际化趋势。为了揭示该现象,本文从情境分析的视角讨论了国际社会创业研究的情境因素,指出国际社会创业研究是社会创业和国际创业的交叉研究领域,进而对国际创业和社会创业的相关定义和现有研究进行了述评,旨在归纳国际社会创业的定义并为接下来的讨论奠定基础;基于Zahra和Wright提出的以情境因素为核心的创业研究框架,本文构建了国际社会创业的研究框架,并结合相关研究述评对国际社会创业研究的理论基础进行了探析;最后,本文对未来的相关研究问题进行了展望。In the globalization background, social entrepreneurship is featured by internationalization to a certain extent. In order to uncover this phenomenon,this paper discusses the contextual factors of international social entrepreneurship research from a contextualization perspective. It points out that international social entrepreneurship research is a crossover study field of international and social entrepreneurship, and then reviews related definitions and existing literature of these two fields, aiming at the induction of the definition of international social entrepreneurship and a foundation of further discussion. Based on a framework of entrepreneurship research focusing on contextual factors proposed by Zahra and Wright, this paper establishes the framework of international social entrepre- neurship research and explores the theoretical basis of international social entrepreneurship research by a literature review. Finally,it makes prospects for future research issues.
