摘  要:就业指导作为学校与社会的中介,在推动学生就业等方面起着重要作用。加强高校就业指导师资队伍建设,首先,要充分认识就业指导的重要性,实现就业指导师资的全员化和就业指导模式创新;其次,要立足现有基础,走一条从专业化到职业化最终实现专职化的发展路径;再次,要将辅导员队伍建设与就业指导师资建设相结合,实现二者的有效衔接;最终,在学科和行业方面为就业指导师资队伍建设打下坚实的社会基础,保持可持续发展。As a medium between society and universities,job coaching plays an important role in promoting employment. Firstly ,be fully aware of the significance of the faculty-building in job coaches ,we need to realize total involvement and create a new model if we aim to strengthen it. Secondly, take a path from specialization to fulltime staffing with professionalization in between based on the existing condition. What's more, combine the construction of political instructors faculty team with faculty-building in job coaches to bring about their effective joint. Ultimately, lay a solid foundation for faculty-building in job coaches in disciplines and professions and keep sustainable development.
